My mom Took this comforter to get dry cleaned a few months ago and we’re just now putting this comforter on the bed. Due to family reasons we couldn’t put it on the bed as soon as we got it back from being dry cleaned. We notice that it’s shrunken into a queen size. This was a Cali king size comforter. It is also flatten out. It looks like a sheet now. I’m livid!!! Very upset. This was a very expensive comforter.

This place just messed up a brand new dress. The owner's wife doesn't care. She said come back tomorrow and talk to her husband. First he said the alteration would cost $50 - $60. When we get there it's $120. Double the cost and messed up the dress. The bottom didn't need to be touch. The owner reduced the price of the bill the next day to $50.Service: Alterations

dry cleaning, White blazer brand new dropped on ground red dirt on back I wanted it clean. Went to pick it up white blazer was beige told the owner the concern he laughed and said he dry clean. Took the bottom part to the cleaners to show the difference he said nothing he can do about it. This cleaners has no integrity I would never ever use them again and I’m going to tell everyone in my subdivision and in the surrounding area not to use them because they lack integrity and accountability.
