Carpet Smith LLC did a good job on my carpet, and I could see the difference right away. My only suggestion would be to slow down a bit so the work doesn’t come across as rushed. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results and would recommend the service.

The best carpet cleaner we’ve ever used. This was our first time using this company and we were so impressed. He was extremely professional, communicated clearly, understood exactly what we needed, and left our carpets looking brand new. Steve came by this morning and shampooed my entire house. (7 rooms, loft area, and stairs. He was on time as scheduled (I actually reached out yesterday which was a Sunday not expecting a response until today but was pleasantly surprised that Steve responded and put me on the schedule for this morning.), very professional, and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained what to do and not to do after the cleaning. I definitely recommend Carpet Smith.
