Steve came by this morning and shampooed my entire house. (7 rooms, loft area, and stairs. He was on time as scheduled (I actually reached out yesterday which was a Sunday not expecting a response until today but was pleasantly surprised that Steve responded and put me on the schedule for this morning.), very professional, and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained what to do and not to do after the cleaning. I definitely recommend Carpet Smith.
