Today was my 1st visit. I received excellent service before this day arrived. From the online appointment scheduling, the email and text follow up and registration and forms completion. Upon my arrival Vanna greeted me with the most welcoming smile. Nurse Saeeda was very pleasant, patient and informative. Renique was very gentle when taking my blood sample. Dr. Johnson was punctual, warm and friendly and provided me with excellent care. This was the best 1st experience I've ever had. Thank you to everyone at Total Wellness. You are all top tier.

I absolutely love Vanna she is incredibly smart and efficient. Nurse Saeeda was my nurse, but honestly, everyone there makes you feel like family. Nurse Alfreda has the best personality she's so cheerful. Dr. Carmichael has been my doctor for years and she is still the best there is. I’ve had some really bad experiences with getting my blood drawn, so I told Renique she only had one chance and she nailed it! Such a sweet young lady. The staff ROCKS!
I have been a patient of Dr Carmichael for several years at least a decade. I love her bedside manner, her genuine concern, and her as a person. her staff from the front door to the exam table are amazing. Ms Vanna, Ms Alfreda and Ms Saeeda are THE BEST!
