I have been looking for a stylist outside the city and found Kim on social media and loved her work. I paid almost $800 for my service and honestly didn’t mind because I expected a luxury experience since it’s positioned as a luxury salon. A few things made this experience sour for me, one Kim never asked my name and referred to me as “client” my entire appointment. I found this rude and it immediately let me know she was not interested in establishing me as a permanent client if she wasn’t even willing to know my name or at least ask how to pronounce it (which isn’t hard). This stylist was highly recommended but turned out to be very unprofessional. I booked the package which included the hair and I wanted highlights. The day before my appt I get a call saying they didn’t have the hair I needed. So I ran around last min to get the hair and dropped it off at the salon to be colored. The day of the appt I received a call 45 mins before my appt saying the appt needed to be pushed back a few hours because of some mix up(keep in mind I was already headed to the salon). Once I arrived to the salon the hair had not been colored. What was the point of me bringing the hair to you the day before????? Once the stylist walks in she is not apologetic...read full review

OMG!! Kim is amazing shes very professional and knows her stuff without a doubt her prices are very affordable.. To be completely honest should charge more because her slayage is on 10 million and 1 period.. I said what I saidServices: Makeup services
