South DeKalb towing made a difficult time after an accident fairly easy. No issues with retrieving items from the vehicle or releasing it to the insurance company. I don't expect to be greeted by Santa's elves so why so many complaining about staff attitudes I don't know. All my questions were answered both in person and over the phone. Win Win for everyone.

Even though my car got towed there I was so glad I got told here best place around if your car get towed you better pray get towed here easy in and out process it's not hard they make it very easy they're very nice and polite

Lady working was helpful even though I didn't come totally prepared to release my car. wish there was a website with that information so that wouldn't have happened. drivers on site were wonderful.
