Piedmont Urgent Care in Lithonia offers convenient, quality, and compassionate care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. The clinic is open every day of the year from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Patients have praised the staff for being efficient, friendly, and attentive. Visitors have also noted the clean, modern facilities and the dedication of the providers to patient well-being. Customers appreciate the good news energy from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. The staff is amazing, very helpful, quick, and makes you feel at ease. They are cheerful and quickly sent people on their way for recovery. DR. Geoffrey, MD., is one of the most personable, caring, knowledgeable doctors. The staff was nice.
The staff was extremely professional. My MA was such a calm kind and sweet spirit and I really appreciate the care they took with me. I was feeling miserable and my experience didn’t stress me out. Sometimes when you’re unwell, going to see someone can be a miserable experience but the staff was amazing. I’ve been going for myself and my family ( including my kids) for years.
I had an infection and a cold. The doctor was great. Most of the staff was wonderful, but there was one young lady who was very rude. I don’t know her name, but she needs to learn how to talk to people that don’t feel well.
From the time that we entered the Urgent Care office Brianna was so pleasant and easy to work with. I am a grandmother bringing my grandson in today and she made it seamless filling out the paperwork but more than anything her Pleasant personality was the thing that was most impactful. She even helped me get my license out of my wallet when they were stuck. Destiny and Mary were also super helpful and extremely informative and patient. We are on the brink of a winter storm things are hectic in Society as a whole. On top of that my grandson was ill but the treatment that I received made my experience a pleasant and successful one.
