I've been going to this shop for over 10 years. I'm noticing a significant lack of validity and grace in some of the reviews. I also notice a trend in ppl who seem to run to make a negative review across businesses. I am by n no means a super positive person but it just seems like some prime wake up looking for issues and ready to complain. This is the most professional and kind nail shop I've ever been to. If there is an issue, simply addressing it in a respectful tone works. Customers need to understand that just because you are paying doesn't mean you can be rude.
