Tanisha was very helpful. I just relocated out here and she made my transition fast and easy. She explained everything to me and processed my information and put me in the Georgia system lol. The experience was top notch and the office is very welcoming.
I came in this morning to apply for WIC for my newborn and was met by Ms. Tanisha. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and had wonderful customer service skills. She explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions with love and kindness. She truly made my experience a great one. Tanisha greeted me at the door with a smile. She was being courteous with explaining how the wic program worked in detail and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Honestly I was not expecting such AWESOME customer service because you don’t see that often. Thank you so much Tanisha for making my life a little easier today.
