Let me start but saying that this is not a Dominican salon so i wish they would change the name. The young lady is Nigerian so I wanted to address that. I went for a wash and set. it came out decent but my hair has a smell to it that won’t go away. i’m not sure if it’s too much heat or the product she used but i’m not pleased after one wash I can still smell the scent.
I was delightfully surprised when I got to the shop. Because of course, there were no Dominicans LOL at any rate. The first chair, I guess she's the owner. I'm not sure what her name is. She does superb work as matter of fact. The next time I go back, I would like her to do my hair. My stylist took her time she did exactly what i wanted, treating my hair with care. She even greased my scalp, my only gripe was. I didn't ask how much before I sat down. Although the cost when it comes to me, it's not a problem, but for a roller set, $70. I almost felt like she was trying to charge me for her entire day.

I just needed a good trim and press/blowout today. I Googled Dominican hair salons near me and this one came up. I called she was open and available. She scheduled me for 12:30 and I was out by 3. My hair was really broke off. She washed it really good, I sat under the steam dryer, got a good trim and she curled my hair tight and pretty. It is full of body. I will definitely be back!
