We were very impressed with the care given to our Penny Mae during her emergency last night. Excellent communication from the staff to us, professionalism was right on, and the expediting of her treatment was spot on. Our Penny is much better today and we thank the staff of Westside Emergency Animal Hospital for the excellent care provided.
I've been here twice, once, when my dog's stitches tore open in the middle of the night, and just recently with my cat on a Sunday when she wasn't eating. Both times they have been prompt, professional, and treated my animals excellently. I fully trust and recommend them!
Dr Barnes and the staff were so compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. We were seen immediately and left after only about 1-1/2 hours. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone having a pet emergency.
