20 year old unit pooped the bed on Wed. at about 4pm. Called Ms Joy at about 4:30 pm. New unit up and running @ 2:54 pm Thur. Less than 24 hrs. for complete service. Technicians were competent, polite, and answered all my inane questions. Having spent 50+ years in thecabinet trade I have learned to appreciate punctuality. These folks are definitely worth the money!

Very fast with response. My AC is 19 years old. They came out and could have told me that I needed a new AC. But it was a fairly cheap part that was the problem. They replaced it and now all is good. Bi think the kid's name was Jason. Very nice young man. When my AC does break, I will call McCutchen.
