“My vets office sent me here for on call on Saturday. The office staff sat calmly trying to figure out how to take our money. As our dog chokes on her own blood from the snake bite I was there to address. . I got upset and said things they didnt like about the fact that it took them 20 minutes to figure how to take the payment. Which of course was more important than my very sick dog. They will refuse to see your dog The vet gave our dog back to my child with 0 emotion. knowing we did not have time to go to another vet. I have never seen someone so heartless. I've seen good things about the previous Vet. This lady is HEARTLESS. I have had animals all my life and I have never seen a vet that just did not care about the dog who was suffering.“
