The best natural hair experience I have ever had. Aubrey is professional and honest and so relatable. Her motto is healthy hair and I love that she educates her clients on how to take care of their own hair. I appreciate her having her as my stylist.
My experience here at The Royal Treatment was amazing! 10/10 customer service top tier, stylist-top tier, environment-peaceful, top tier. I loved it from the moment I entered till the time I left. My Hair Artist and hair nurse was really genuine when it came to what to do, what was I willing to do, and how to manage my own hair. She educates as well. ?
I've been following Mrs Aubrey on social media for some time. Her holistic, thorough and honest approach to hair health and care convinced me to pursue partnership. She assessed my regimen via virtual consultation before my first appointment. During my appointment, she asked a lot of questions and so did I. She told me the hard truth about 3 years of a natural hair regimen I'd been adhering to that wasn't getting me where I want to be. Difficult as it was to hear, a repair hair cut was provided along with details on what needs to change in my hair care for optimal health. I look forward to this new chapter.
