Title: Excellent advice and service
In February, we came home to find a leaking hose to the clothes washer. This caused the 2x6 pine floor boards in the laundry room and a small section of a hall and a small section of nearby baseboard to “cup”. I called Pool Brothers expecting that we would have to replace the flooring. I spoke with Jamie Owens. We discussed the options and he suggested that we purchase a small dehumidifier and place this near the cupped boards and see if this would help. Excellent job on my floors. We had a new kitchen island which left unfinished hardwood floor sections. They sanded, stained, buffed, and put on a new finish. You cannot tell where the old meets the new. Beautiful job. Highly recommend.
Jaime is the ideal contractor! He is extremely communicative, thoughtful, and has more integrity than I've noticed in most people. He will get you extremely quality work at a fraction of the price of most competitors. By far the this is best company I've experienced during my short time in Albany.
