“I started going to Lake Park Barber and Styling In 1976. I continued to go on a regular basis until 2006. At that time, I moved to Alabama. Robert was my barber for 30 years. He could not be beat in any way, he was just absolutely fantastic. I don’t mean just fantastic as a professional master barber, that is part of it, but it’s also because of Robert and who he is and the kind of person he is. He is just absolutely the best. If I didn’t live so far away from Albany now, what little bit of hair I have left, I would definitely go to Robert and let him cut all five pieces of my hair. There wouldn’t be much styling needed, but I would sure like to go get a Haircut from Lake Park Barber and styling, just to visit and talk with Robert. He’s a great guy. If Robert sees this review, He will remember me. My first name is Jerry. He will remember me. I just happened to be in Albany on a Saturday afternoon several years back and I stopped by the barbershop to speak to Robert, but they were closed for the Saturday afternoon when I got there. I called Lake Park Barber and Styling the following week and Robert answered the phone. I said a couple words to him and asked him if he knew who this is. He said I do believe this is Jerry, and he was correct. I had not seen Robert at that time in over 12 years But he still recognized my voice. That’s how long Robert was my barber. I will end this review now, but I Will say again, Robert is a fantastic master barber and a fantastic person all in one. A combination you cannot beat.”
