I still say yes but I’m leaning to no... don’t get me wrong I’ve had no issue with the quarterly home pest control, or the guys checking the centricon system, but the biggest issue comes from the annual termite inspector and the mosquito treatments... when I set up for mosquito treatment I made sure to have a days notice so that I could arrange for our dog outside, this has happened once. Every other time it seems they call once and just proceed with fogging and hope for the best when both mine and my wife’s numbers are in our file. All we need is a heads up to move the dog into the garage and pull the water and food bucket in... On our annual termite inspection I was shocked and finally called the technician out. I’ve been in pest control and specialized in termite prevention! In a normal inspection you typically do more than walk in and tap your foot against baseboards and flash your light around... I asked him to go back, once he said we were good, and check the entry points (plumbing lines, etc) in my opinion this was someone trying to slide through and knock one off the list... not sure how much more I will tolerate before changing
