Fantastic job transforming the boring concrete floor of my back porch. From start to finish it took less than three hours. The price was fair and reasonable. Leslie, Patrick and Chelsea Starling are nice folks, very professional and obviously very good at what they do. Thank you Under One Roof Services team!
Update September 17, 2026:
More than a year later... (new photo added). The floor is as good as the day they finished putting the epoxy down. Perfect accent to our back porch rugs and furniture. Its a very nice outdoor living space. We couldn't be happier.
Very happy with the work Under One Roof Services did to upgrade our garage floor. The scope of work included: repairing existing cracks, grinding the floor, applying a base polyaspartic coating, flake application, and polyaspartic clear top coat.
From the start Chelsea was friendly and responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Their quote was much more reasonable than other estimates we had received.
We went with Creekbed flakes, and are very happy with how it turned out.
We would gladly recommend Under One Roof Services to anyone looking to do a polyaspartic coating project.

My patio looks amazing and has completely transformed the space, while the garage work was done with precision and care. It’s hard to find contractors who take pride in their work and deliver on what they promise, but Under One Roof definitely did just that.
