I'm a commercial property manager and Sun Brite has been a vendor of mine for a few years now. They pressure wash and clean fabric awnings for me and I can always count on them to get the job done professionally. The shopping centers I manage look great because of them!
These folks are the real deal. I had another vendor attempt to pressure wash a site and failed. Sunbrite got it done as always. You may pay a little more but trust me, they are worth it. Sometimes it's best to spend the bucks to get it done right once.
