Forced me to pay before I even got a chance to examine the dress to ensure it had been cleaned! It was like the woman held my dress hostage until I paid the ransom! Did she actually think I would take the dress and run? What gives? Really lousy way to conduct business. Not at all welcoming or friendly. Left a 'bad taste in my mouth.' Not happy. Not returning.
