Meredith and Ellie were amazing. Their knowledge about the services Palm Beach Tan offers is unmatched. They explained to me everything very carefully and were very kind to answer all my questions.

My daughter and I were there for a tanning spray session and the ladies at the counter were nice and helpful. They offered the information that we needed, we were in and out and the tanning results were good. The tan lasted 1 week and a half.

I didn't give it 5 stars because I used to be a member at another location where I received superb service! Customer service is a must in all types of business. You have to be flexible with the customers, offer solutions, and keep them coming back.

This is my favorite PBT! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ashley is the absolute best, sweetest, most friendly manager ever. Liz is also great!
Their beds are amazing and the best salon I’ve ever experienced(I’ve been a customer here for a couple years now)
