After 3 surgeries and various health issues, I specifically searched for a place with a peaceful atmosphere. My nervous system is shot after all of that and a lot of physical therapy places(and I've been to a lot), just don't pass the atmosphere check. A lot of places can be overcrowded with a crowded waiting room, bright lights, and it can be a lot when you're sensitive after surgery and trying to recover. The lighting here is perfect, dim but not too dark. The music is classical/instrumental or like wildlife/nature sounds. I have been to Optimum care 8 times as an interpreter for a patient. It is a very peaceful, clean and empathetic atmosphere. The therapist, Fatima, is very thorough with the patients. She encourages and recognizes progress , respects limits and and helps patients stay consistent. The front desk clerk,Jay, is cordial and takes an interest in the patients. He is respectful and reliable
