I don’t know what I would have done without MTX restoration. I’m a first time home owner and I’m as green as they come. So I was out of my element when my house flooded. Great service here. Very punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. Jamie identified the root cause of the problem immediately and went above and beyond to ensure we would not have further issue. All calls returned in a reasonable amount of time. Really liked the fact that he refused to use cheap material just to cut corners. Treated my project as if it was his own. Jamie also has a refined ability to work with adjusters as well. Giving them detailed reports and pics to justify the issue they had missed.
