I don’t know what I would have done without MTX restoration. I’m a first time home owner and I’m as green as they come. So I was out of my element when my house flooded. MTX came in immediately, and did the water mitigation so efficiently that when they said they could also do the renovation i jumped at it. They are absolutely responsive, and understanding. They understand this insurance business more than I ever could. They shared what they knew and they worked with me. I wholeheartedly benefited from the experience. I don’t know why you would choose anyone else. I could not have had a better experience. Do yourself the favor. Thank you, MTX.
In the world we live in today, it is very hard to get someone to come and do any type of work. MTX responded immediately. The paperwork was professionally presented and the job was completed in no time at all. This company need to be the example of industry standards. Thank you.
Great service here. Very punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. Jamie identified the root cause of the problem immediately and went above and beyond to ensure we would not have further issue. All calls returned in a reasonable amount of time. Really liked the fact that he refused to use cheap material just to cut corners. Treated my project as if it was his own. Jamie also has a refined ability to work with adjusters as well. Giving them detailed reports and pics to justify the issue they had missed.
