I usually pass this Meineke but today needed to stop to address the oil light/indicator on my dashboard. This place was clean and the customer service was just the best. The price was reasonable too. Thank you for taking care of my car.
I called Ford dealership to make an appointment. They told me to just bring my truck by in the morning and leave it with them for a few days! I only have one vehicle wife and 3 kids. I couldn’t possibly do that yet I was gonna drop it off the next morning. I remembered up the hill around the corner was a Meineke. Drove, parked walked into a room with the fresh smell of coffee and customer service person who was on his game and he was very polite, professional and laughed at my jokes! Best part is Meineke charged me like $50 less showed me much respect as a veteran had a very clean waiting area with coffee and a clean bathroom! Excellent professional service received at the location of Lawrenceville Highway. Chris was a gem of a gentleman to work with!!! They were able to diagnose the problems with my Benz and recommended a fix…. Grateful!!!! I’m singing praise to them today!
