Are we perfect? Of course not. Are we pretty good? I think so. It makes me sad when I read negative reviews, because to me, it reflects either an disgruntled employee, or a situation that wasn't brought to to HR or upper management for resolution. Either way, I think it could be better addressed and resolved with better communication in the moment.

I have been using M3 at different capacities over the past 3 years, and they went above and beyond to take our vision and make it a reality using their software.
