Home Instead seems to have a large staff as we had to cycle through a few other caregivers before we found the ones that fit best into our household. It seems that the company could maybe use a better vetting process as some of our experiences with other caregivers Home Instead employs have not been seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, but I would also not hesitate to request an alternate caregiver from the company more quickly.

I work for Home Instead and I have been very happy with my families that I work with and the way I’ve been treated by Home Instead. They cooperate with me and giving me good hours to work with.
