I am sorry to see so many complaints about poor service and not picking up items that were scheduled, as WE pay for this service, one year in advance. So far, I have had excellent service, and the haulers are very polite and friendly. I try to let them know they are appreciated and that I know it is a very hard job and a long day, every day. I have a small rug, 6X8, rolled up small that I would like to add to my Wednesday pickup this week. How can I get that item on the list? I am 77 years old, but can drag it over to the trash bins. No one answers at the phone number. I am in Suwanee. thanks for any information!

The staff was helpful and friendly both times I went today. Yes, you need a hard hat and vest. I did not have one, and they were very nice and accommodating about it. They allowed me to borrow both with a smile. When i was done, i returned their vest and hat. The price wasn't horrible it could be a lot worse. I did not go because of poor reviews. I do have to say i should have ignored the poor reviews. This will be my place from now on. It is a dump and functions as such. No complaints from me. I am a happy customer. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of getting rid of junk.

The person who picked up the phone was NOT HAPPY with their job. Horrible customer service on the phone... just HORRIBLE?. Also, I was told the starting cost to dispose of anything is $123.00, even a toddler's 1.5-pound scooter. This is why trash ends up on the side of the road. ??‍♀️
