***Update: Ms. Garrett reached out to apologize and offered me a free massage to make up for missing our appointment. She arrived late, but did call me to let me know. The massage was wonderful and very relaxing. Overall, I would not book again due to the frustrations, but I appreciate her making it up to me ***

I scheduled an appointment on the website as instructed. Ms. Garrett never showed up and failed to respond to my texts and phone calls. Extremely disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed this massage and would absolutely book again! The heated table was so nice, Swedish massage was very relaxing, and overall space was incredibly welcoming with calming music and a comfortable waiting area. Belinda was very kind and easy to talk to, and I appreciated her offering water or tea following the massage. I even had mistakenly paid twice when booking online ahead of time and she was so helpful when I called with the refund and correcting my mistake. When I left my watch, she called me on my drive home letting me know and helped me pick it back up that same night. I had a wonderful experience. I work from home and my posture is off due to me sitting at a desk. I have lower back pain and Ms. Garrett did a great deep tissue massage. I felt better just from my first session. The atmosphere was professional and relaxing
