These location, would randomly charge your card again days after you dropped off.
I rent out a trailer for 24 hours, I drop of with no issues but yeah I got charge $104.78 more later for no reason. If you don't want to give away your money keep on eye on your bank account.
I'm not the first one and I'm sure would not be the last one.

They will randomly charge your card again two weeks after your rental. Then if you call to inquire about the reasoning it is no help. I have called multiple times the last two weeks for no one to answer a single call.

Set up a reservation at 11:00 am this morning at this location to pick up a uhaul pick up truck. I got a call from someone at this location and he asked me if i was going to pick it up, i told him yes but i was on the other line with customer service pre-paying for the truck so i didn't have to do it when i was in store.My conversation with Uhaul customer service ends close to 10:50am and i attempt to call EBC PRO back to see if they could push my reservation back by 10 minutes so i had time to arrive but there was no answer.i then proceeded to call 14 times and was forwarded to voicemail every single time.
