I debated on leaving this review, but felt other people needed to know. First, my appointment was at 8 a.m. but no one arrived to the shop until about 8:30 a.m. and my knotless braids took about 8 hours (at one point there were two people one of which seemed to be an inexperienced braider in my head to which the manager had to instruct/guide her). My braids looked pretty good, but I felt they could have been better/neater considering the price I paid, however I am lenient when it comes to working moms (yes, children were present). I would return, but would hope the service and braids are better.
I can't say enough about how amazing they are here. I live in Texas, but whenever I am in Atlanta, I make it a point to get my hair braided with them, and without fail when I get back home everyone (and I mean everyone) asks me about my hair. Dee and her team do such neat work and they get you in and out of there pretty quickly even if you're doing box or knotless braids. If you're thinking about getting braids done, this is the place to go.
Ms. Dee is always pleasant and accommodating to any requests or adjustments. I have been a customer for the last 3 years I have been in Georgia. She is very neat with her braiding and styling.
