Couldn't be happier with our experience with Cool Masters. Eric and Chris were great - communicated well ahead of the appointment, arrived on time, and we really appreciated them walking us through everything before they started. They helped us repair a problem with a sump pump and basement ventilation that we had been dealing with for a few months after another company we're not able to solve it for us. Eric and Chris diagnosed the issue and completed the work in a few hours and it's been a week now and the issue has been fixed. Their work was high quality and very neat. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future.
I have used Cool Masters for several repairs and have always, and I do mean always, been very happy with the service provided. This time, I had Cool Masters install a new HVAC system. Costs are fair and within, or less than, those of other companies. The techs are always polite and professional. They answer any question I have with respect. The crew were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, showed me how everything worked, answered questions, again--professional, polite, and pleasant.
