Very kind and business oriented. I got my laptop fixed by them a few months ago. Computer working fabulously! They quoted a price that was reasonable, got in and found the issue wasn't that hard to fix and gave me a better price because it wasn't as much work. I would and will definitely bring my computer back should I ever have any other needs! And it was all same day!
