    All personnel were ready to perform their duties as I arrived, no waiting to see anyone because of prior appointments/patients, and all paperwork were prepped n ready for signature.

    The front desk didn't know if I was new or if I had an appointment because they were not in the front desk when I came in. And the appointment time was twenty minutes late. The hygienist was great she explained all of the things she did and what I would have to do to help make sure I was able to keep up with keeping up with my progress .

    I was initially nervous about my extensive cleaning, but it actually turned out great! There was almost no pain involved, aside from a little stick to numb my gums before the cleaning. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Quinn!❤️
