I had the best tech come out to help with an emergency heating issue today!( a SATURDAY) and he was here in no time at all, fixed the problem and now on this super cold day we have heat again!!!! ??Thank You!
The process was awesome from beginning to end. It started with a great consultation that showed me exactly what led to my problem with my unit. Then financing options. Followed by a quick appointment time. They arrived at seven that morning and left around 8:30 that night. I had a old unit and they had to replace everything but around six. The cooler started coming through. Then it was time for final touches. The team was respectful of my home and pleasant.
I have used Casteel for years. I have found that their technicians are competent, honest, and efficient. They do not leave until they ensure the product/service is properly operational, and the cleanup is complete. I consider myself fortunate to live in their service area.
