TERRIBLE. They (or one of their multiple prior LLCs/ d/b/a's) put our roof on 7 year or so years ago. They had to come back multiple times to repair places that were improperly or shoddily done and because water was getting inside. We had significant water intrusion last year that they refused to repair blaming on a gutter that was crooked allowing water to flow back toward our house. When the gutter was repaired we found it had been re-attached by their crew with a roofing nail causing the imbalance. WE paid out of pocket for all repairs inside and out. $25K New Roof installed on 05/30/2020. The roof never leaked by the Fire Place Chimney, now it does, and getting worse every rain. I called the number on the warranty, and reached the same people that managed the new roof install. No help. So the warranty is not even valid. I would not suggest this company to anyone. I feel I got swindled.

I would give no stars if it was available I talked to Matthew Davis he told me that he could come Wednesday. Wednesday comes, he gives me a call maybe 20 minutes before he supposed to be here telling me that he's going to be late, i say OK, he comes almost two hours late. I've already given him my address prior to the visit, the information about my house has also been given to him by the person that referred them to me that my house is very tall. Matt comes and he does not have the ladder that is tall enough. Are you kidding me. So that was a waste of time and I will tell Anybody and everybody not to use Brett Hayes
