I started with Arrow in late 2023 and purposely waited to write a review, because the last service provider we used was not consistent. It’s unbelievable how consistent, reliable and professional our service has been. Arrow Exterminators cares about their customers and the service they provide. They never try to sell you unnecessary services and they know what’s needed to take care of your issue. Our technician, Andrew, is knowledgeable and professional. He always shares great tips on keeping your home free of pests. He will keep you informed of his arrival and shows up on time. Arrow Exterminators always offers top tier service. Their customer service is always friendly, kind and helpful. Their products work wonders - their pest control keeps the bugs out and the termite product keeps our house safe from those destructive insects. We had Arrow for 4 years in our old home, and I’m so happy that we decided to go with Arrow again for our new home.
