My husband ordered what was presented and offered as a robust, full, lavender colored bouquet. He paid $80+. See the gorgeous picture. What arrived in a box was a skimpy 10 stem bouquet of not even the same flowers. This is actually blatant fraud. By the way this arrangement only comes in one size and straight from their fulfillment center.
Ordered a flower arrangement for my fiance for our anniversary. What arrived was nothing compared to what I purchased. This is the first issue I’ve had with them. They have usually been good on the times I’ve purchased flowers for just because occasions. This time was an epic let down on a special day.
What is the purpose of asking for the time if the funeral service if you can't deliver the flowers before the funeral???!!! This company sucks bricks! I ordered a card to go with the flowers but the card doesn't arrive until 4 days after the funeral!!!
