Awful experience!!!!!!!! My delivery kept getting pushed back!! These flowers were sent from me to a grieving family, and when they were finally delivered after the 3RD shipping change that vase was broken and flowers were dead!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with experience. These flowers were to be delivered to a funeral home, where timing is extremely important. I received an email at 9:13am regarding my order; I called at 9:25am went through the AI answering service and stayed on hold for 40+ minutes. I selected the “press 1 for a call back” that callback NEVER came. I sent multiple emails, called multiple times throughout the morning, stayed on hold and was even hung up on. There needs to be a much higher standard of customer service than what I received from “specialist Lauren”. Absolutely Pathetic Value for Money
Over $100 for a “large” bouquet, and what showed up was a pathetic little arrangement smaller than two pineapple cans stacked on top of each other. I’m not exaggerating. It is absolutely tiny, and calling this thing “large” is borderline insulting.
For over $100, I expected an actual bouquet of flowers, not something that looks like it belongs in a dollhouse. The size is laughable, and the value for money is nonexistent. At these prices, you would think you were paying for something impressive, not a floral disappointment that looks like it was assembled with whatever was left at the bottom of the bucket.
