University Cancer & Blood Center provides attentive and compassionate care. The staff is very caring and professional, with very short wait times at the Lavonia office. The providers understand that every person's experience is different. They are pleasant, supportive, and helpful, taking great care of patients during their cancer journey. Doctors are engaged and empathetic, taking time to explain things and ask pertinent questions. They treat every person with kindness, making patients feel at ease and well-cared for through difficult times.
Dr.Thomas took the time to explain things to me and that means so much.same with Meredith . They were both pleasant and professional.I appreciate their kindness and how I was given an opportunity to take time to help make a decision.
I am a survivor of breast cancer for 19 years. I have always been a patient of UCBC and Meredith has always been one of my caregivers and later on I ended up in Dr. Thomas care as well and both of them have been very supportive and helpful in helping me through this difficult time in my life! I also want to thank the staff for being so caring and compassionate! Thank you all!

Great staff ..Very profesional.. and understanding..
They take great care of each patient.. Dr.Chang is very informative...very caring and patient..cause i dont understand anything about this Cancer ..but im learning..
They even helped me when my insurance was canceles for a month they made sure i got my Chemo..They are definitely 5 Stars..
