We were passing through from Greenville, SC back to Alabama when we stopped for gas and seen that we had picked up a roofing screw in our front tire. Smiths was suggested by a local resident and when we arrived they got us in within 30 minutes and back on the road again safely. We are so thankful for these guys.
These guys are the best! Was traveling from Atlanta to Western North Carolina with two dogs in the car. Low pressure light came on passenger rear tire while stopped at McDonald’s. Put some air in it myself at the gas station but looked at tire and saw that there was a piece of metal sticking out. No way I was getting back on the highway like that. We got a flat tire right as we were heading out of town—absolutely worst timing. Dustin, Adam, and the entire staff at Smith’s Tire Pros were incredible. They took care of us quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. You can tell they truly care about their customers. What could’ve been a stressful delay turned into a reminder that great people still exist. Highly recommend this place!
