Excellent service and very professional. We had a couple of repair people come out to fix our air conditioner and no one was able to take care of the problem. Family Time Mobile RV came in and gave us options. Fixed first time. They explained what was wrong and options to get it running. Not only did they make our camper cool again they also helped us out with other repairs that we were putting off. Very reasonable pricing and they get results. My insurance was unable to help me, one person I was able to get a ahold of showed up stripped the bolt of my RV's flat tire then said he would be back with the right tool ended up blocking me and never showing back up. I called Family Time Mobile RV Repair & Service LLC. After sitting on the side of the highway for 15 hours these guys were the ONLY ONES who showed up and actually helped my family and I. Not only did they swap the flat but they referred us where to go for new tires and personally escorted us to a safe location. These people are the only ones worth calling if you need help!
I can't say enough about Gene and Jamie with Family Time RV! My husband and I were stranded far from home when we had a major failure on our camper. Gene and Jamie worked after hours to come to our rescue and worked long after dark to repair our camper. Sadly, parts from the manufacturer were needed to make the repair but Gene made a temporary fix so that we did not have to stay the night at a gas station. He even followed us to the closest campground to make sure we were safe. We left our camper behind awaiting for the parts.
