Gene and Jamie are the absolute best. I had a broken glass on 1 of the windows and after going thru my insurence and having Lippert handle it since they made the window I was happy they had Family Time RV come to my house and replace it. They hot the window from lippert on a Monday abd Gene called me Tuesday to let me know he had was going to check it to make sure no damage and would call me to set it up. Excellent service and very professional. We had a couple of repair people come out to fix our air conditioner and no one was able to take care of the problem. Family Time Mobile RV came in and gave us options. Fixed first time. They explained what was wrong and options to get it running. Not only did they make our camper cool again they also helped us out with other repairs that we were putting off. Very reasonable pricing and they get results. We only recommend Family Time Mobile RV. Call the best. Thanks for your help and assistance.
My insurance was unable to help me, one person I was able to get a ahold of showed up stripped the bolt of my RV's flat tire then said he would be back with the right tool ended up blocking me and never showing back up. I called Family Time Mobile RV Repair & Service LLC. After sitting on the side of the highway for 15 hours these guys were the ONLY ONES who showed up and actually helped my family and I. Not only did they swap the flat but they referred us where to go for new tires and personally escorted us to a safe location. These people are the only ones worth calling if you need help!
