It was fourth of July, I was coming home from a family vacation, and 2 hours away from my house, my car started to make a terrible sound. There just so happened to be a Pep Boys location right next to the gas station I was fueling at, so we stopped in. Despite it being somewhat late in the afternoon, they were willing to help out and they did a great job!

Great experience today at Pep Boys Lagrange. Thought I needed an oil change but Mr Lenny was so nice. He explained it was too early but he would check the level. Came back and said oil was full and looked good and to come back when the mileage was right. They could have just charged me $98.00 but cost me nothing. I highly recommend them!

Business's will always say, "Customer satisfaction is their chief concern" at Pep Boys in Lagrange Georgia. You know it the moment you walk in. You see it in the level care that is taken with each car. You appreciate it when you turn over your keys to someone who cares about your vehicle, as much as you do. I go to Pep Boy's first because No. 1 means the only 1 for me. Thank you, Pep Boys in Lagrange Georgia, for looking out for me and mine!
