Michael made himself available anytime we had a question or concern. Helped us overcome the first time homebuying jitters and made it a very smooth process. Thanks to him. Recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage, especially if you are new to this.
Michael helped me refinance my home this month. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Helped make sure i had everything in order. I started the process in March and closed 4/21/25. Beth that handled the closing was very polite and answered all my questions. Even after closing Michael has been a HUGE help. I've had some home insurance issues arise where i had to find new coverage after closing. He was as helpful as he could be but couldn't do much since closing was completed. Other than the home insurance issues everything went smoothly.
