We had a positive experience in every way. I'm managing my mother's health care from out of state. Which can be extremely challenging at times. Donna took care of us every step of the way. She took the time to deliver and set up my mother's cpap at home because she was unable to drive. Donna was so patient and caring. She took the time to educate her on the benefits of cpap therapy. And how to use her machine. My mother is memory impaired but she understood well with Donna's instruction. Donna also followed up with me to let me know she was set up in the end. The care she took went above and beyond.
I have depended on this company more than once and they have never been anything but wonderful. I give a special shout out to Mr. Eddie Mathis who has come to my rescue twice. If you need medical equipment or advice and service, you should call M.R.S. Homecare!!
Customer service is the best, especially Mike, the delivery tech. He goes out of his way to help patients day and night.
