Have gave all my tax to long & long in the middle of February. And here it is mid may and taxes still not done. Phone calls not returned on every attempt for resolution. No communication at all.

Top notch service. Chris Joseph helped with family estate settlement, incorporation, LLC, there was commercial property in Atlanta - it was frankly overwhelming. I called to inquire about a position that was posted online and was treated by very rudely and received poor service. I mentioned that I noticed a few different postings online and wanted to speak with someone in charge of handling the hiring process of the positions to inquire more about the opportunities. A lady who identified herself as the firm administrator answered the original phone call and was very rude from the beginning. She told me that she didn't know who I wanted to speak with and I then told her that I was not sure either, that was why I was calling.
