Cofield is know Airforce. The young man who came out to service my AC was very nice and professional. I explained to him what was going on with my system. He did a diagnostic test and then he told me what was going on with my system and he also showed me how the line was clogged. He explained that it was not the thermostat. He was just very thorough in checking the system and fixing the problem. I would give him an A plus.

Justin Reed did an excellent job. He told me what was wrong with the unit. He wore gloves and mask which I appreciated. I asked about pricing and he was honest and upfront. We had issues with our first unit, that damaged our wall and floor Cofield replaced the unit and I have the paperwork that covers all parts for this unit inside and out and I know Cofield will honor it. I had a billing issue and Cindy took care of it right away. Being on a fixed income and having lost my husband my son wants me dealing with a company that can be trusted. I know that when they come back to check to see if there is a leak my parts will be covered and they will be honest with their labor... read full review

My name is Joanne and today was our turn to have issues with our air conditioning. We called Cofield and within a couple of hours Neil Johnson was at our house. Tonight we are comfortable and happy new customers of the Cofield family. They are fine folks. I was at Dawson Street School many years ago and knew both Marshall and his sister Deborah. Please give them a call when you’re hot under the collar and they’ll fix you right up.
