Today we needed to have our Rottweiler seen quickly and the vet we have used in the past was unavailable for any appointments. I called the Villanow Animal Clinic and they had us come in within the hour. I had never been to this vet before, and I can honestly say I was so impressed!! The clinic was so nice and clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We definitely will only use this vet for our animals needs. Today we had our vet assistant Vanessa, Dr. Landers and Dr. Sumner. The front office staff was also very friendly and welcoming. If you want exceptional care for your animals, this is definitely the place!
Best vet around. Only place I could find that would make time to see my dog Hazel today after an ER visit last night. All of the staff were kind, patient, and informative. I was very anxious going in but I felt completely assured that they would take care of her when I left her for testing. I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. We are definitely switching offices and are happy to pay for their level of quality care.
I highly suggest using this vet office. My daughter had an emergency for her sweet boy . She had never been to this office. Her vet wouldn’t see them even when time was crucial. The vet , tech and all the staff were so humble and caring in our time of need. I am truly so thankful for the caring and compassion that was given to my daughter and her sweet boy Finlay.
