Amazing service from start to finish. Holly at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and was able to squeeze me in the same day when my HVAC started malfunctioning — which I really appreciated. Paul, the technician, was just as great. He was straight up, honest, and transparent about the quote and the work that needed to be done. No upselling, no pressure — just solid, honest service. He fixed my unit, and now I have good, warm heat again. Highly recommend this company and especially Holly and Paul.
We are so appreciative of Neal's Heating & Air! We woke up this morning to a 🔥 HOT house and they worked us in even though they were booked all day, sent a great technician, identified the problem quickly, and charged a reasonable cost for a fix. This is the second time we have used this company (for different issues) and they have been great both times! When we get ready to buy a new unit, we will use them!
