“I’ve waited to have a tummy tuck until my kids were grown and out of the house. Wasn’t sure if I waited too long and therefore unable to physically go through with the surgery. Both my doctor and my surgeon found that I was a good candidate for the surgical procedure, and I signed up for it. Tummy tuck is no joke, better be prepared for walking bent over and with the help of a cane for a while. My post-surgical packet among other things recommended Lymphatic Massage.
I initially hired Alfred because he had a mobile service. I could not imagine having to transport myself back and forth from and to anywhere.
Alfred made it to every appointment in a timely manner, (pain killers or not I like punctuality), and carefully massaged my body. At one point during my recovery, I was transported to the hospital, (didn’t know why I was not feeling good), they found I had blood clots.
After the hospital released me, Alfred massaged the areas of my body where I could feel the little buggers, (that’s what I called the blood clots), and that helped me release the tension created by them.
Alfred came over to see me, 2 or 3 times a week and every time after he left, I would feel better and better and walk straighter and straighter.
Alfred has the gift of healing hands in addition to the gab which made the time go buy smoothly and quickly.
I recommend him to you without hesitation.

I gave 4 stars because I’ve always liked Lebron. He does a fantastic job on my hair. But today, I’m kinda disappointed that he wasn’t so nice to me. I felt like he took his frustration over his employee out on me.
Dr Terry knows your limitations and helps you push through the pain to get results. I had my knee replaced and when I started I did not think I was going to make it through the process. She helped me push through the hard part and after two weeks I started to see results. I’m going to have my other knee replaced next week and i feel that I have the strength needed in the first knee to cope well with the second. I also appreciate the comradery that she develops with all the patients so they support one another.

Sessions has performed two services on our air conditioning unit. Jesse is always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Last years' inspection was performed on schedule and efficiently. Jesse gave me tips to keep my ac unit in good condition. This year, we required a minor repair that was diagnosed quickly and repaired straight away. We will continue to use SM HVAC as our go-to inspection and repair company due to their honest and transparent business practices. FENOMINAL personable care for my fur baby Kymber. I can not say enough about the genuine care shown to Kymber during the wellness visit in September and her 'Spay' yesterday.
