I had Mr. Gary Pearce as my realtor and he was by far the best and most professional realtor I’ve ever had. He was incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking. He actually fixed a broken pipe of mine as well as repaired my thermostat. We had a very difficult closing as the buyer’s agent communicated very poorly but Gary was on top of things and helped out tremendously. Even if I never buy another home in Georgia, I will refer to Gary’s advice in all future home purchases and closings.

I would like to give Todd a five star review for his help and support and getting our rental home sold. From the very beginning of the process, it was apparent that Todd has a deep understanding of the real estate market, he knows the things that are necessary to get a house sold quickly, and he answered all of the questions that we had being first time sellers in Saint Mary’s.
