Paul was very patient and happy to see me on a cold winter night around 5:15 pm even though they were closing at 6pm. Turned out that I needed mor than just air in my tires. I had a nail in one and he explained that it was odd that only one tire had low pressure and advised that I check it out with no pressure to do so that evening. Paul marked exactly where the nail was with a white tire marker so that I had no doubts. He also offered to repark my crookedly park car and told me that I never have to get out to service my tires for air and to just pull under the workstation. had a flat tire on my Lexus and the team at Mavis Tires & Brakes took great care of me. Customer service was excellent, they were fast, efficient, and got me back on the road with no hassle. I’ve taken multiple vehicles here over the years and it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend.
Had to come up here for a patch on my tire, these guys had it done not even an hour and no appointment required. The price was not sky high either for the fix. Devon got me in and out no hassle, and great customer service. Would definitely recommend if you need your tire service done. Side note: really appreciated that I got to talk to a real human on the phone and not a robot.
